- We suggest, we do not push. The quiz proposes a tier based on how you sleep; the decision stays yours.
- We speak to you before delivery. The call is not an extra sales step — it confirms the size, the address and the time.
What we do not claim
- We do not use fictitious struck-through prices. A struck price appears only where a real former price existed.
- We do not publish a customer’s words without their permission.
- Every number on the site has a source, and anything not yet verified carries a note saying so.
