The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use: faulty springs, layers coming apart, or stitching failures.

Keep your order reference; it is what any claim is checked against.

• Damage from misuse, bending or folding.
• Stains and liquids — which is why we recommend a protector from day one.
• Use on an uneven or broken base.
• The natural change in feel over time, which is not a manufacturing defect.

Note: the warranty period varies by tier, and the exact terms per tier are to be added before launch.
