Delivery

After you send a request, a specialist calls to confirm the size, the address and the delivery time before anything ships.

You pay on delivery; no prepayment is taken on the website.

Before the delivery date, check that the door, corridor and stairs will take the size you ordered. If you are unsure, read the size guide first.

On arrival, inspect the packaging before signing, and tell the specialist straight away if there is visible damage.

Which cities we deliver to, any delivery fee, and the expected time between confirmation and delivery are all to be completed before launch. Until then this page is a draft.
